What professional services do we provide?

As your bookkeeper, we will do the basic duties of a bookkeeper plus manage payroll, handle deposits, create and maintain financial reports, manage the ever-changing world of sales taxes as well as quarterly taxes and withholding.  Have an audit coming up? We will be there to help organize your data to make it go smoothly.

Excel is a valuable tool in bookkeeping. I can train you on MS Office 365, if needed, as well as guiding you through TurboTax Home and Business for your LLC.

As mentioned on the first page, my goals are:

  1. To free up time:  On average, we can reclaim 1-2 hours per week:  Efficient bookkeeping saves time by automating tasks, streamlining processes, and enabling better financial insights, allowing business owners to focus on core activities rather than spending hours on administrative tasks.
  2. To increase your profit:  We will work together to enhance profitablity by 20% to 35%:  Save money by finding ways to control expenses and maximize job's profitability. Then you can determine future action and decide what types of projects to undertake that are more profitable . The key is always in the financial details, and I enjoy uncovering hidden answers through analysis with the business owner.
